At the Northamptonshire County Council 2012 Children & Young People’s Celebration Awards one of our Year 12 students was nominated, and won, a special Outstanding Personal Achievement Award for his individual (and academic) achievements in Music.

KW Incepto is a small Enterprise Company based at The Kingswood School. Their Board of Directors and Management Team are comprised of eight 16-17 year olds with a passion for business and a drive for success!

On the morning of Tuesday 10th January, the year 11 BTEC Music group came to a decision on the winner of the Live Lounge 2012 logo competition.
Kingswood Celebrates the Success of its Students!
On the evening of Thursday 5th January the Kingswood School celebrated the 4th annual “Gifted & Talented and Arts Awards”, which highlights the achievements of our students over the last academic year (2010-2011).

Thursday saw the first of this year’s House Charity Days. ‘Help for Heroes’ is Aardman’s chosen charity.
On Friday 18th November 2011, Zak Crawford, a Year 11 student, began a twenty four hour sponsored event to raise money for Children in Need.
Next week we will be extending our time in tutor groups with students and staff taking a careful look at the crucial issue of Revision.
Jessica Nicholson, a Year 9 student, has taken the number 1 position in the national schools' music chart on NUMU.org.uk with a cover of Adele's 'Rolling in the Deep'.
