The arrangements for handing out examination results for Years 10 & 11 are as follows:
Thursday 23rd August - GCSE results for Year 11 students will be available from 9.30 a.m. - 11 a.m. and for Year 10 students from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. in the Atrium.

School will reopen to students on Wednesday 5th September, at our usual time of 8.40am. Students should head straight to their tutor groups in order to receive timetables, planners etc.

Our annual arts festival returned in a compact but exceptional form, showcasing the embarrassment of talent we hold within our walls.
On 22nd and 29th June 2012 two groups of Year 10 students were taken to Moulton College to try Stonemasonry.
As the Great Britain team are training hard and preparing for success at the London Olympics, we are celebrating our very own Athletics triumph.

On Thursday 5th July there will be a day of University-Style Seminars and Workshops for all students of History, Literature and The Arts.
On Wednesday the 20th June, our Year 12 BTEC National Performing Arts students took part in the annual festival at the Derngate in Northampton.
“On 1st June 2012, 35 Year 10 students and 4 members of staff set out on a Geographical adventure to The Alps and Paris. We covered many miles in 7 days, but took in some wonderful sites of France and Switzerland.

On Friday the 15th of June we were joined by ten Year 7 students from Kettering Buccleuch Academy for a day of programming using MITs introductory level Scratch software.
On the 22nd, 23rd and 25th May the Year 13 BTEC students put on their final piece – a major part of the assessment for their certification. This was a challenging piece which they had devised themselves with the help of Julia Mallard.
As you already know, David Tristram will be leaving us at the end of August after thirteen years in post. The Governors shortlisted and interviewed four candidates for the position.
