Transitioning to Secondary School

 Transition projects. We want to know everything about you and your wonderful life so please can all Year 6 students complete the Student Transition booklet which will be given to your form tutor for your ‘Getting to know you’ form time sessions. There is also practical help in getting you organised and advice when coming to a new school.
