Sixth Form Trip to the Gambia

The final preparations for the Sixth Form trip to the Gambia are now in full flow! One of the main aims of the visit is to help with the start of the renovations to The Penyem Health Centre.

We would be really grateful to receive any donations of Tupperware containers with lids, plastic plates, bowls and cups, pens, pencils, rulers, rubbers, notepads, footballs, tennis balls, skipping ropes, football shirts, crocs footwear, toys and games, paintbrushes, buckets, DVDs, large books of general interest e.g. wildlife, Britain, Atlas, countryside etc. and any medical items e.g. plasters, paracetamol, glasses, bandages, crutches, small sealable pots/containers and any general first aid items. We have already built up quite a collection of various items and would be grateful of any more contributions.

Do you have any which you would be prepared to donate to this worthy cause? All donations should be handed in to Student Services, where they will be gratefully received.

Thank you in anticipation of your support.

Andy Butler – Trip Co-ordinator.
